HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is a non-surgical skin tightening treatment. It uses focused ultrasound energy to stimulate collagen production deep within the skin, resulting in a firmer, lifted, and more youthful appearance without downtime.
Common treatment areas include:

- Thighs and arms
HIFU delivers targeted ultrasound energy into the skin’s deeper layers, heating the tissue and triggering a natural collagen renewal process. This tightens and lifts the skin over time.
Most clients find the procedure comfortable, though you may feel slight tingling or warmth as the ultrasound energy works. We would rate this treatment as mild to moderate in relation to pain. This also depends on the your individual pain tolerance. However as only one treatment is required with long lasting results, the discomfort you may have during one appointment will be worth the investment!
Treatment time depends on the area being treated – a full face can take around 60-90 minutes, while smaller areas may take 30 minutes or less.
There is little to no downtime. Some clients may experience slight redness, swelling, or tenderness for a few hours/days, but you can usually resume your normal activities immediately.
Some tightening can be visible straight after treatment, but the most noticeable results develop gradually over 8–12 weeks as collagen production increases.
For many clients, one session provides excellent results that can last 12–18 months. However, maintenance sessions may be recommended to prolong the effect. You would need to wait 12 months before your second session.
